Why it matters

Dirt, winter salt, tire marks, algae and moss build up on hard surfaces a little at a time. Over time a driveway or path looks dark and tired, and shady spots can get slippery when wet. A garden hose rarely lifts grime that has worked into concrete, brick and stone.

  • A fresher look. Clean concrete, brick and pavers make the whole property look cared for.
  • Better footing. Removing algae, moss and grime cuts down on slick spots on paths and steps.
  • Ready for what’s next. A clean surface is the first step before sealing a driveway or staining wood.

The details

What’s included

  • Driveways, walkways, steps and patios agreed in your estimate
  • Pressure set for each surface, lower for pavers and softer stone
  • Extra attention on edges, corners and steps
  • A rinse of nearby walls and walkways when we finish
  • A final look at the work with you, if you’re home

Who it’s for

Who pressure washing is for

  • Homeowners getting ready for spring, a sale or a family event
  • Landlords and property managers preparing units between tenants
  • Businesses with entrances, walkways or patios open to customers

Good to know

What’s not included, and access limits

Anything outside this list can be discussed when we quote. Your written estimate always spells out exactly what’s covered.
  • Siding, roofs, painted wood and other delicate surfaces are not pressure washed. Ask about soft washing instead.
  • Very old oil, rust or paint stains may lighten but not disappear. We tell you what to expect before we start.
  • Cracked, loose or crumbling surfaces can be damaged by washing. We point these out and may leave them alone.
  • We need an outdoor water tap. If there isn’t one, tell us when you send your request.

Before we arrive

How to prepare

  • Move vehicles, planters, furniture and toys off the areas to be cleaned.
  • Close nearby windows and doors.
  • Make sure we can reach an outdoor tap and the areas being washed (gates unlocked, pets inside).

Benefits

Why book Pressure Washing

A fresher look

Better footing

Removing algae, moss and grime cuts down on slick spots on paths and steps.

Ready for what’s next

A clean surface is the first step before sealing a driveway or staining wood.

Our method

How we do it

We check each surface first, then set the pressure and spray pattern for that material. Concrete can take more; pavers, brick and softer stone get less so the surface and the joint sand stay in place. Stubborn spots get extra attention, and we rinse splash off nearby walls and walkways at the end.

Safety first

Delicate surfaces like siding, roofs and painted wood are never pressure washed. We keep spray away from windows, doors and outlets, and stop to ask if a surface looks damaged or fragile.

FAQ

Pressure Washing questions

Not when the pressure suits the surface. We use less pressure on pavers, brick and older concrete. If a surface is already cracked or crumbling, we’ll tell you before we start.

Oil and rust can often be lightened, but deep or old stains may not come out completely. We’ll be honest about what to expect when we quote.

Not always. We need access to the areas being cleaned and an outdoor tap. We’ll confirm the details with you before the visit.

We use low-pressure soft washing for siding and other delicate surfaces, and save pressure washing for hard surfaces like concrete. If a surface is already damaged, we’ll point it out before we start.

For most washing we use your outdoor tap. If there isn’t one, tell us in your request so we can talk about options.
