- Balcony cleaning depends on your building’s rules. Some buildings don’t allow water on balconies, and some need notice or approval first.
- We need access through your unit to reach a balcony; we don’t clean balconies from outside the building unless your estimate says so.
- Repairs, sealing and staining aren’t included unless your estimate says so.
- Heavy furniture, hot tubs and built-in items stay where they are.

Often yes, but it depends on your building’s rules about water, noise and contractors. Check with your building and tell us what’s allowed when you send your request.
We plan the method to keep runoff to a minimum and follow your building’s rules. Some balconies need a mostly dry clean for this reason.
We can include glass panels and railings you can reach from the balcony. List them in your request so they’re in your estimate.
For most washing we use your outdoor tap. If there isn’t one, tell us in your request so we can talk about options.
