What’s not included, and access limits
Anything outside this list can be discussed when we quote. Your written estimate always spells out exactly what’s covered.
- Which windows we can reach depends on height and access. Upper floors and hard-to-reach glass are confirmed case by case in your estimate.
- We don’t work from rope access, swing stages or lifts unless your estimate says so.
- Scratches, etching, hard-water stains and seal failure (fog between panes) can’t be cleaned away.
- Interior cleaning needs clear access to the windows inside.

We clean the glass, then detail the edges, frames and sills. Windows that need special access are agreed with you in advance, and we never use a method on a window that your estimate doesn’t cover.
